This is the river a couple of fields down the way

The location of this land is approx less than one mile to the junction that will become the new road from southern Bulgaria into northern Greece
- and, as the crow flies, around 7 and half miles to Makaza
- to Komotini aroundabout 19 miles and, as the crow flies, around 30 miles to the northern Greek coast and sea, on what is promised to be a main highway road with many bridges and tunnels, enabling a fast journey to the coast
The 4.379 deka of forest is for sale with documents available, by local seller.

A more direct route to this land can be easily achieved, direct off the tarmac road which is kept open for all year round traffic.
Just a small part of this road needs infil, a little bit of tidying up and you can have direct access from the main tarmac road all year round.
Currently, to drive to this land, you must pass alongside the river and cross a few fields.
