This is a lovely detached Bulgarian home for sale. It is in the middle of a small and very friendly Bulgarian village south of Kardjali main town. It is close to Kirkovo the administrative centre of the region and very close to the Greek Border.
The house looks in quite stable condition although as you can see from these photos, needs renovation. It has three rooms downstairs plus a large store room entered throo a door in the garden, PLUS it has a very large double roomed detatched building that could easily be turned into a self contained granny annex or guest annex!

The houses for sale in the ancient villages may look a good option, but so often there is no road you can use to get into your newly built property, electricity in your newly house is not guaranteed nor is running water. There are no for sale signs along the road, so you will probably seek out a local estate agents.
