The walls are traditionally thick built and the garage will easily turn into another room.This house offers great holiday home or investment potential as it's very conveniently located and close to the Greek border due to open in 2008. Please note the Zlatograd to Thermes and Xanthi road is now open at the border between Bulgarian and Greece, howevers it has width and weight restrictions that counts out most large cars, mini buses or large vehicles from using this new border road.
