The house very large with three main rooms leading off from a huge hallway big enough to be a lounge.Each floor has a room for toilet/shower. Plus on each floor was an extra very large entrance hall. The roof is in extremely good condition. There was no smell of damp and the general condition of the home seemed in very good order.
The garden around the house is very large and the front garden has been cultivated for crops vegetables etc.
This house offers great family holiday home or investment potential as it's very conveniently located and close to the Greek border due to open in 2008 and is situated in a peaceful Bulgarian village with lovely views and accessible all year round. There is a small village tarmac road leading to the home plus another behind the home.
