SCHOOL HOUSE
The building is on two floors plus a huge loft area that could easily be converted to provide extra room, although the height of the loft would require to be enlarged on one side to get the most space usage from the loft area.
The school house has not been occupied for some time and requires complete refurbishment. The building is apparently sound, the inner doors of the school have been removed. We have been assured that all the school books etc will be cleared out for you on purchase of the school house.
In the old school grounds which extend to approx 6000 sq mtrs, is a fresh water spring for your spring drinking water. Electricity is no problem to be reconnected, there are land lines in the village available for reconnection to the school house and GSM and Internet would also be no problem.
There are 16 very large rooms off a huge and very long hallway plus inner stairs up to the loft area.
The old school class rooms are all large enough to provide en-suite bedrooms if desired. Or for usage as work rooms, training rooms, art rooms, meditation rooms.
The village is quite remote with very fresh air and spring water, it has a river flowing and in the spring and summer is a very green fertile village. We visited after a heavy snow fall and the village is accessible via the tarmac road leading to it.
