This sweet edge of village Bulgarian home is for sale, it has a barn large enough for the cow and chickens, could be converted into granny annex or kids rooms.
It has a nice sized garden with a separate area for planting vegetables etc.
The walls of the house are quite thick and looked in ok order, but the ceilings and floorings were in quite poor condition, probably would require complete refit inside. I would not consider the house in liveable condition and it is currently empty.
The house is positioned directly onto a good dirt track with a choice of two exits out of the village and is also close to the river.
Opposite the house and barn is an extra piece of land.
It has three rooms plus hallway downstairs and 3 and a hallway upstairs plus a sunny balcony to sit out on while you are resting from all the renovation work required
