They are situated in a very remote location access is via 4x4 jeep cross river and off road on a dirt track. These renovation projects are not for the feint hearted or for those who need neighbours!
The deserted village is a stones throw away from the Greek border due to open soon and close enough to a main village for supplies to top up your grow your own.
There is a shepard in 'town' with cows for daily fresh milk however!
There is a centre brick built two storey shed, we are currently awaiting news that this can be included in this sale.
All together the land surrounding these properties is around 2000-2500 sq metres plus as the village is not inhabited you are free to walk around it!
The walk down the track to the river is not far and not too steep.
The area is a protected forestry region of enormous beauty and offers an extremely peaceful retreat from life!
